Add 2-4 tsp of our matcha to a blender with:

2 frozen bananas

1 mango (cubed)

Your preferred amount of water

A handful of Spinach

2 tbsp of hemp seeds

1 cup of almond milk

Ginger

Dates
-
Maple syrup & ice
