Mango matcha smoothie

 

Method

  • Add 2-4 tsp of our matcha to a blender with:

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 mango (cubed)

  • Your preferred amount of water

  • A handful of Spinach

  • 2 tbsp of hemp seeds

  • 1 cup of almond milk

  • Ginger

  • Dates

  • Maple syrup & ice

     

    Blend and Enjoy!
