Once within, never without
Matcha Latte
Sift 2 scoops of matcha (1tsp)
Pour 2 oz water onto chawan (tea bowl)
Whisk to create a paste
Add 6 oz milk (use frother to warm up if you wish)
Whisk vigorously until frothy
Pro tip:
Always rinse bamboo whisk in warm water prior to use and after
Keep water temp at 80°C / 176°F
(not boiling)
