How to Prepare USUCHA 薄茶, thin tea
Method
Prefered for daily use:-
Place 2 chashaku scoops (roughly 1 teaspoon of our matcha) in a bowl (chawan).

Dip chasen in water

Pour up to 70 ml of hot water (150-175°F) in your bowl.

Using our bamboo chasen begin to whisk in zig-zag motion until rich foam forms on top.
