  • How to Prepare USUCHA 薄茶, thin tea


    Prefered for daily use:

    • Place 2 chashaku scoops (roughly 1 teaspoon of our matcha) in a  bowl (chawan).

    • Dip chasen in water

    • Pour up to 70 ml  of hot water (150-175°F) in your bowl.

    • Using our bamboo chasen begin to whisk in zig-zag motion until rich foam forms on top.
