Vegan matcha latte

  • Method

    • Heat water to 80 degree celcius

    • Sift 1 ¼ tsp (or 2 chashaku scoops) of our matcha in a bowl

    • Add a very small amount of heated water and whisk to a paste with chasen

    • Add 3/4 cup of hot oat milk  

    • Begin to whisk slowly with chasen in a zig-zag motion

    • Slowly pour 1 Tbsp of maple syrup and

    • 3/4 cup of hot macadamia nut milk (or your preferred choice here)

    • Whisk again until frothy

    • Pour all of this into a tall cup (add ice if you prefer)
