Vegan matcha latte

Method

Heat water to 80 degree celcius

Sift 1 ¼ tsp (or 2 chashaku scoops) of our matcha in a bowl

Add a very small amount of heated water and whisk to a paste with chasen

Add 3/4 cup of hot oat milk

Begin to whisk slowly with chasen in a zig-zag motion

Slowly pour 1 Tbsp of maple syrup and

3/4 cup of hot macadamia nut milk (or your preferred choice here)

Whisk again until frothy

Pour all of this into a tall cup (add ice if you prefer)
